The mission of the Outreach Committee is to help direct the resources of Saint Anne Episcopal Church as they are used to help those in need by donating time and money to local, national, and international agencies supporting a wide range of needs including the hungry, the sick, children, and victims of disaster.                                                

Outreach Committee Ministry
This group meets every second Sunday from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM discuss ideas and upcoming outreach efforts. All parish members are invited to get involved with Outreach, as either a committee member or a participant that provides goods and/or services to the community. Local Service Activities

North Texas Food Bank
Collects money for gasoline and sorts food at the Food Bank.                                    

DeSoto Community Outreach & Duncanville Outreach Ministries
Assists with weekly food collection and seasonal food drives, including Thanksgiving food baskets.

Our Friends Place Angel Tree
Purchases Christmas gifts for girls and young women who reside at Our Friends Place, an Episcopal girl's home in Dallas.

National & International Activities

Souper Bowl of Caring
Collects cash donations on Super Bowl weekend and distributied the proceeds to local charities as part of a national outreach event.

Christian Children's Fund
Sponsors a child in Angola, Africa.

Episcopal Relief and Development
Coordinates the annual Lenten collection as part of the national church effort.

African Team Ministries
Holds annual jewelry sale to benefit an orphanage in Uganda serving children with HIV/AIDS.
